For most cabinet door orders (non freight), your door order will arrive in custom made plywood shipping boxes. We do not use large cardboard boxes with lots of fill inside. This is a waste of shipping space and will end up costing you a lot more to ship. All of our custom plywood boxes are optimized to reduce wasted space in the shipping boxes. This way you only pay for the space required to house the doors. We have perfected this method of shipping cabinet doors. These plywood boxes are constructed with screws that allow easy removal with a standard no.2 Phillips head screwdriver.

This method of shipping provides maximum protection during its trip to its destination. These boxes have proved more than durable, sometimes described as “overkill”. But we feel that your doors should arrive in the exact condition they were made in. Also avoiding any shipping mishaps is priority number one. Since switching to this new method of shipping we have yet to see a return due to shipping damage.
